Congratulations! Greater Mansfield U16 2022 Champions!
Congratulations! Greater Mansfield U16 team coached by Jamie Carrol won the 2022 Hub City Town Cup. Greater Mansfield had a great week of hockey leading into the semi-finals then eventually winning the championship over Greater Pembroke 4 -1. Tom Gormley tournament MVP had three points while Trevor Walmsley All -Tournament Goalie kept Greater Pembroke at bay most of the game only allowing one goal. Greater Mansfield lead all game and was up 2 – 1 after the first half. Greater Mansfield maintained the lead during the second half scoring two more times, one being an empty net goal. During the match play both Greater Mansfield and Greater Pembroke went 4-0 before meeting in the championship.
