Spring Girl's Skills Review
May. 23, 2008

With the summer fast appraoching, the Hub City Spring Girl's Hockey Clinic has been drawing more and more attention.  Under the direction of Maura Crowell, Head Women's Coach at UMASS Boston, and Todd Stirling, Hub City Hockey Director, the clinic has been getting rave reviews from the parents and players.  Each week, the coaches challenge the players with a variety of skating drills, puck handling drills, lots of shooting, and game situational drills.  The participants have responded very well and get an outstanding workout each time they are on the ice.

One parent commented, "Just wanted to let you know that the skill for the girls on Wed nights have been excellent. We have signed on for the skills that are going to start in Foxboro."

As the spring session draws to an end, a summer session will begin at the end of June.  Tara Mounsey, 2-time US Olympian and current coach at BB&N School, will direct this program.  The program is designed for players in or entering high school or older.  Should you be interested in this clinic, please click the programs and registration tab and look for Tara Mounsey's Edge Series. As always, please feel free to contact Hub City Director Todd STirling with any questions at tstirling@hubcityhockey.com or 508-279-2841.
