Elite League '08 Update

With two weeks remaining, the Senators (Coach Charley Golden) is the top team in the league after eight weeks with 14 points. Not far behind are the Penguins (Coach Jack Coffey) and the Hurricanes (Coach Tim Lovell) with 10 points.  Both the Hurricanes and the Penguins have to make up a game next week, to bring them to speed with eight games played.  Still in the playoff hunt are Islanders (Coach Ken Frates), the Sabres (Coach Bob Donahoe) and the Devils (Coach Mark Jones).  The final two games of the regular season are on Thursday, May 22nd and May 29th.  The semi finals will be played at the Bridgewater Ice Arena on Saturday, May 31st starting at 2:50pm and the finals will be held on Sunday, June 1st at 4pm.
