'93 Prospects Opens With A BANG!

The '93 Prospect team arrived safely on thursday day, night and into the early hours of friday morning.  Their opening game was set for 10:55am at the Can Lan Sports Complex in Etobicoke, Ontario.  The first game draw was a fiesty bunch of Ontario natives called Next Level Fitness.  The Hub City team controlled the play throughout the game, but was only able to muster one goal.  Well, one goal by David Lazaro, of the Boston JUnior Terriers, proved to be the game winner.  With a solid effort in goal by Kevin Venturoso, Bridgewater Bandits Empire Junior B, the Hub City team began their weekend on a positive note. 
Team Hub City travels to Toronto over the next two weekends with the '89-'91 and '95 teams.  The '89-'91 team is coached by Mike Doneghey and the '95 team is coached by Scott Drevitch.  For up to date tournament blogs, please continue to stay with www.hubcityhockey.com
