Super Goalie Clinic (Summer)

Times: 9am-4pm

Hub City Hockey & Doneghey Goaltending are excited to offer this week long goalie clinic.  The clinic is designed for goalies of all ages to receive proper techniques as well as the proper number of repetitions to fully learn a skill.  The day will combine both on and off ice goalie specific workouts and will test the physical and mental make-up of each player.  The use of video will be used to visually show each goalie positives and negatives in their styles.  New goalies to college goalies, this is the clinic for you!

9:00am-10:30am                    On-Ice
10:30am-11:00am                  Lecture & Video work
11:00am-11:30am                  Lunch
11:30am-12:00pm                  Change to goalie equipment
12:00pm-2:00pm                    On-Ice
2:00pm-2:20pm                      Change to workout cloths & snack
2:20pm-4:00pm                      Off-Ice goalie activities
                                                    - Activities include: hand-eye coordination drills, agility, flexibility, stick/puck work
4:00pm                                      Day ends
