Junior/Prep Players Hit Prospects!
Coach Mike Doneghey and Coach Rich Alger will open up play this friday at the Toronto Prospects. Last years team went 1-2-1 and Coach Doneghey believes he has a much more experienced group this spring. "Last year was a learning experience for all of us, we made a few adjustments and now beleive that we can compete to win the tourney," commented Coach Doneghey.
Team Hub City opens up play on friday with games against Canadian Future Pro's and Belle Tire White. On saturday the will battle CSM Black and the Niagra Vipers.
While Team Hub CIty '89-'91's will be in Toronto, Coach Jeff Larocque is taking a HUb City team to Montreal for the Montreal Warrior Meltdown. Coach Larocque's team had a fast-paced practice on monday night and the team is eager to compete in Montreal. Team Hub CIty '91/'92 will play four games between friday and saturday, with hopes of making the playoff round on sunday.
